DEEP Manufacturing named Company of the Year at the 2026 WESCAs

DEEP Manufacturing has been named Company of the Year at the 2026 World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCAs), also taking home the Optimisation Award.

The awards were presented at the Energy Industries Council's (EIC) National Awards Dinner in London on 29 October, where 14 companies were recognised across 16 awards.

The double win marks a significant milestone for DEEP Manufacturing as the company continues to advance large-scale Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and hybrid manufacturing into commercial production.

The recognition follows DEEP Manufacturing's inclusion in the EIC's 2026 Survive and Thrive report, which highlighted the company's investment into its manufacturing capacity and expansion into the US market.

Since launching in 2024, DEEP Manufacturing has rapidly expanded its capabilities, securing DNV Approval of Manufacture for additively manufactured Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy (PVHOs), expanding production at its Bristol facility and establishing a new manufacturing site in Houston, Texas.

Peter Richards, CEO, said: “It was a real privilege to be in the room with some of the world’s leading organisations in the energy sector, and an honour to receive the top award of the night.
Huge credit to our whole team across the UK and USA, and to the clients we’re proud to support. This one belongs to all of you.”

DEEP Manufacturing offers end-to-end production of large-scale, high-integrity metal components. The recognition puts a spotlight on its work to shorten lead times and provide an alternative to traditional forging and casting for demanding industrial applications.
