DEEP Manufacturing’s facility in Avonmouth, Bristol is the centre of our Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing capability.
Here, our engineers develop and qualify manufacturing processes with the ability to print 24/7. The site combines engineering expertise, material development and testing with certified manufacturing processes to deploy new systems prior to production readiness.

Bristol manufacturing capabilities
13 WAAM robotic systems operating, including single and two-axis manipulators and multi-arm systems.
We can build multi-robot systems capable of producing large-scale metal components.
Our Bristol location has 34,000 sq ft with 13 WAAM systems installed and an in-house technology development team.
Our Bristol facilities support process development, materials research, metallurgical testing, and production manufacturing.
In Avonmouth, we can manufacture components in carbon steels, stainless steel, Inconel 625, and Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NAB), with more materials being tested through the in-house development team.
